What is Inyova?
Inyova is a digital asset manager from Zurich focused on impact investing — investing with a measurable ecological or social effect. The company started in 2017 under the name Yova and has been called Inyova since June 2021, derived from "Invest in your values". Unlike classic robo-advisors (= digital asset managers with automated investing), Inyova does not invest in broad index funds: it builds a portfolio of around 40 individual stocks for you, selected according to the topics you define.
Custody for Inyova Invest is provided by Saxo Bank (Switzerland) Ltd, which is supervised by FINMA (= the Swiss financial market supervisory authority). The securities are held in your name — so you are directly a shareholder of the individual companies.

The conditions for the 12 months without management fees: you must be a new Inyova customer, live in Switzerland and be at least 18 years old. The code INYOVAEVA must be registered before you deposit money, and the deposit must be at least CHF 2'000. The code applies to Inyova Invest only. The promotion runs until 31.12.2026.
After the fee-free period, Inyova's regular management fee applies. It is tiered by portfolio value and amounts to around 1.2 % per year for portfolios up to CHF 50'000. The rate drops for larger portfolios. Transaction and currency exchange costs are included in this fee.
Inyova is not a bank but an asset manager licensed by FINMA (= the Swiss financial market supervisory authority), supervised by the supervisory organisation OSFINcontrol AG. Your securities are held in your name at Saxo Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. They legally belong to you and do not fall into the bankruptcy estate if Inyova or the custodian bank became insolvent. Cash balances are additionally covered by the esisuisse deposit insurance scheme up to CHF 100'000.
